Gluten-Free Kithul Jaggery Brownies


Perfect for a sweet Treat, packed with the natural Sweetness of Kithul Jaggery!

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour (or any gluten-free flour)
1/2 cup kithul jaggery (grated or melted)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder (gluten-free)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)
 



Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, kithul jaggery, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares.
